We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligible Exchanges:

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Item:
    If the item you received is damaged or not as described, we offer an exchange. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your item and provide a picture of the damage for proof. We cannot accept returns without evidence of damage.

  2. Change of Mind (No Quality Issues):
    If you'd like to exchange an item due to a change of mind, the product must be unused and in original packaging. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping fees, and a restocking fee (30%-45% of the total order) will apply.

  3. Incorrect Shipping Address:
    If the order is not delivered due to an incorrect address, we will reship the item at your cost. If you wish to cancel the order, a restocking fee will apply. Please note that some carriers (e.g., DHL, UPS, TNT) cannot return parcels if delivery fails; they may destroy the package instead.

  4. No Longer Interested in the Item:
    If you no longer wish to keep the item (without any defect or issue), we can still offer an exchange, but a restocking fee (30%-45% of the order total) will apply along with the to-and-back shipping cost.
